My family recently visited the Monteverde Info Center and found the staff incredibly helpful and accommodating. Not only did they help us book tours and a shuttle with ease, but they also went over and beyond the call of duty to help us out with a couple difficulties we had. They allowed us to use the internet for free while we were waiting for a tour. They were friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the area and really went the extra mile to help us out.
